He goes on to tell Darius how locals in Pakistan are allegedly being kidnapped by organ trafficking gangs and forced into “selling” their kidneys to wealthy foreigners. How wrong it is that poverty-stricken locals, in need of money, are coerced into “selling” their kidneys, he suggests. Darius listens intensely, wondering where the conversation is going.
