The Oxford Experiment Film Festival

OEFF.jpgThe Oxford Experiment Film Festival is a cultural and educational platform with a goal to explore, promote and support contemporary film and video art. It will screen independent and non-commercial films no longer than 1 min which innovatively explore the possibilities of cinematic language; cross film types and genres that broaden the notion of film as art.

We promote expressive original concepts, as well as works that perpetuate the tradition of avant-garde and experimental film.

This month’s theme is entitled “Color: mentally invigorated by the doctor’s experiments.”

You are invited to submit a short film of 60 seconds or less, including video art, experimental film, animation, found footage, new media or audio-visual performance.

All works are to be made in 2018 — 2019.

The festival is only a platform that cannot exist without artists and filmmakers.
